Everything was efficiently done, the staff were helpful and courteous,but the car was not cleaned very well; the interior was not properly vacuumed and the mats were still muddy and not clean when I received it back.

When i went to pick up my car I was told it was ready. But had to wait two hours for my car to be cleaned and washed. The receptionist treated me very nicely and she even got frustrated with the staff delivering the cars.

I got my car for servicing- changing the motor of the window. Then decided not to do it and paid the charge and got my car. I found that the team did not put the screws back. I showed it in the centre and they asked me to come next day to fix it.

I went to Park Lane in Battersea to investigate low tyre pressure on 20 Jan. The service was very good. The team, however, could not identify the issue. Within 2 days issue re-occurred. I went to Nine Elms on 27-Jan and they confirmed a puncture.

After BMW had complete my MOT I received a call from BMW telling me that I needed to change the front registration number plate or my MOT would fail. However on the MOT certificate it states there is a small crack but it isn't an issue
