My car was kept for repairs for 10 days - I didn't get a courtesy car even tho I was promised one for the weekend. The car was not cleaned when it was picked upThe phone charged in the cigarette lighter had been broken

It is a very expensive way to get a car services.
From the moment I arrived the service has been first class, made to feel welcome and felt safe enough to ask any question. Special thanks goes to Holly Jackson at Park Lane who has provided a faultless service.
I must have had at least five conversations with separate people about what I wanted. Even then this was not communicated to the service department. Then I had to explain it to the service department at least three times.

Car was to be ready same day but wasn't since parts that were apparently in stock couldn't be found. Was requested to wait till next day to be told that the "other" branch showing stock also couldn't find the items. This is very poor.
contd. 1) I was unaware that a fault in the engine restart was abnormal and in fact dangerous from the time of first driving the car away after purchase. My husband pointed this out to me when he first drove the car on 23 Dec on his return to the UK.
Service and MOT were carried out fine and in a timely manner. Other work was not done (see below).
Gave my car to service. Engine noise was pointed out by me. Car was serviced and engine was supposed to be fixed but when I picked up the car the noise was still there. I made a journey to pick up the car for nothIng. Communication was not proactive

Linda was attentive, a good communicator and kept her word! The dealership is smart, clean, obviously well run and clearly takes a genuine interest in customer goodwill.
The service element was great, the only hesitation I have was that a brake dust and de-glaze was more expensive than I was expecting. Other than that, everything was fine.

Customer service is excellent over the phone and email. Just a shame there are a few problems around the fringes.
The staff were friendly, my car was repaired when they said it would be and they kept me up to date with what was required.

Abby was exceptionally helpful. In particular, she arranged for a video to be taken whilst a technician was identifying an issue with the car (a leaking tyre valve) and then subsequently arranged for it to be quickly rectified.

On the day came back to the centre for 12 noon as agreed, only to be told the workshop was running an hour behind. Should have really had a call to tell me to come later.

Richard Bull was accommodating with my desire to keep costs low and helpfully fit in repairs at a convenient time.
all fixed but problem is that automatic parking doesn't work as well as it did on my last car which was a 2013 Mercedes.
Explained any issues that arose also giving me options on what to have done about them.
Everything was attended to with efficiency and without fuss, including providing a courtesy car.
Issue with the cars service plan, ran out at 50k, this was pointed out later. With the initial impression that service would be covered by the service plan, i authorised a airconditioning service. Having to pay for both together affects budget plans!
I have had the worst wash for my car...one side was full dirt ...
The professionalism and knowledge of service advisors. Trustworthiness is hard to come by and I can place my confidence with Parklane. You treat customers with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I only use this centre as I have known James Dowie since he was at cooper Banstead. He has been fantastic over the 13-14 years and as he has been promoted he still ensures a personal service to communicate my servicing or maintenance works progress

I was allowed to drive the car away with a battery which needed to be replaced. It had the warning message "replace battery" but I was told that this message would disappear. It didn't and I had to spend time getting it replaced. Not impressed!

Old car taken away quickly and the new one was available and the training given with the new equipment first class.
Tom, my sales assistant, was very knowledgeable and had a professionalism beyond his years. Always courteous and friendly with a good balance of chatty and business. Great fun to deal with.

BMW Park Lane and the salesman (Bradley Higham) were knowledgeable but also while making constructive suggestions as to extras were not 'estate agent pushy'.
