Poor service experience
Unrealistic time scale given for duration of service appointment. I was told to return to collect the car at 11, when I asked a service representative at 12 how long it would take I was told another 20 minutes. My car was not ready until after 1
Clear communication. Outstanding quality of work.
Stewarts Rd denied all regarding the new issue, going so far as so say they could find no problem, which was definitely there and we showed the person who collected our car. Car was conveniently picked up from our home, so we couldn't show issue!!

It took 6 weeks to get an appointment.
I'm very disappointed at how long my issues are taking to resolve
Only thing I can complain is the hire company that bmw works for PHV replacement. They tried to charge me for micro scratches on the alloys. Luckily I took pictures on delivery of the car and I didn't have to pay yet(??) many people complained online
Still await documentation for health check.

Great service all round from check in to drop off.
Facility is very busy and it is not that easy to get a booking with short notice but given the notice, facility opens early for drop off and car was ready later that day.
Very quick to take Payment yet aftercare and customers service after non existent. Still trying to get through to service rep who is always unavailable and will never return call.
Service visit was a breeze, efficient and completed on time. Particularly liked the video of work being done sent to my phone half way through the day.
Car was collected & dropped off in appointed time slot. V professional personnel.
Good after-sales service with shuttle. Car washing is not that great though.
I did not get a complimentary car wash. My car was subsequently delivered to me (as I paid for this service). I called my Consultant to explain my dissatisfaction-- it had been ticked on her paperwork that the car had been cleaned, when it had not
I had to call the BMW in Croydon to can have a proper solution.
My only complaint is it takes a long time to book by telephone and perhaps your MOT service should not be advertised so prominently as the waiting time for an appointment is too long. This wasn't the case when you had your centre at Nine Elms.

Better than my last experience, which almost made me stop going to BMW park lane. Service was friendlier and more efficient this time around.
I could not give 5 stars because I called in March for an appointment and I had to wait until May to get one!!
Staff did try to be nice, although when you want to call in and speak to the correct representative they are never available and insist on calling you back, really not flexible enough for those who cannot use a phone at work.
Good drop-off service with a car to run you to the nearest Tube line.

Prompt service timing and easy for me to access from my home.
Abby Strawson (who has recognized the cars fault) is unable to rectify the Master Technicians refusal to fix the issue.
Service booking was easy (unlike Cooper BMW Thames Ditton who don't answer the phone and then weren't taking bookings and offered Cooper Croydon). Was able to get Fasttrack for a Saturday morning from Parklane as requested.
I was notified by telephone when there was a querry
Told me my car was washed and vac'd but it wasnt. I appreciate it looked clean when i arrived but it could have still been done. Makes a custmer wonder if the service had also been missed.
The person who supported me at the service center located at Stewarts Road (Battersea) has been great: her name is Abigail Strawson. Super professional, very kind and helpful.
Overall made to wait to pick up car and had to return to the centre because the car was not returned to me the way I handed it in , also average wash.
Just to be clear, my experience is for Stewarts Road where the works were undertaken.
I was given a reason that it was a faulty dieself filter.. I gave the benefit of the doubdt but unfortunately I am not naive for such as incident. A prestigous car, and a faulty equiptment and bad service. was it an accident or a complete negligence
I tried to get this done at Cooper Thames Ditton and they failed. I took the same job to Park Lane and the work was done without an problems whatsoever.
