I was sold comprehensive wheel and tyre insurance by Cooper Croydon BMW. When I had an incident, I was told I still need to pay out of pocket and reclaim it from a 3rd party.
Professional staff who ensure my car is kept in tip top condition.Nothing is too much to ask and I always feel they do a great job.

Super staff, great pick up and drop off
Went in for a warranty repair. Customer service was friendly, no hassle. But I have visited the garage twice and the repair is likely to take another appointment.

The only failing was that after the car was returned I noticed that the front right tyre valve cap was missing. On checking the other 3 all 3 were loose and close to coming off. I assume that they were not screwed on properly & now one is missing.
The staff are very helpful and professional - they really put in that extra to make sure customers have a good experience. I find it helpful that there is an area with tables and wifi so I can work while I am waiting for servicing to be done.
all ran smoothly. The only missing part could be to have a pick up and delivery of the car to the adress service.

On this occasion, they behaved themselves so I was pleasantly surprised and indeed impressed.
1st of all, It was very difficult to schedule a convenient apptmt. When this was booked, almost 3 wks b4, the apptmt was then cancelled just b4 5pm on the day before the apptnmt. My car was meant to be collected between 8-8.30am in d morning.

Im completely satisfied with the service Ive received, even though the person you sent around to collect my car, didnt pay much attention to their surroundings damaged my car. But your response was first class in rectifying the situation.
Not quite 5 star service. Received a courteous welcome and invited to grab a coffee etc but no one approached me after that until I went back to desk after some 25 minutes on my own initiative. Felt I had been forgotten !
