Everything worked from the Enterprise rental to getting the car fixed up and serviced.

Taking me to the station was unexpected and very welcome.
From 1st contact through to pick up and delivery of vehicle the service was great.
as above, also car returned dirty. Not really a problem as it was pretty clean but to be told I could wait to have it cleaned added insult to injury.
The staff went above and beyond by doing an MOT even though I was told over the phone at booking time that there were no available slots for that.
Because my brakes still squeak +++ therefore not improved
My problem is with my ceramic brakes. Yes most of the time they are brilliant but when they are soaked they are nonexistent. The sales staff say that this should not happen but the service staff say this is normal. Why is no warning given?
The staff are so helpful and friendly. Service was quick and easy.
I spent about 90 min in the waiting area while the service was done. All the staff were very friendly and offered me help setting up the wifi, coffee, etc..

The windscreen wash water had no anti freeze and iced up in motor way. Never with Audi VW MB and previous bmw service. Unsafe for a simple task.....
Slow to obtain booking on the telephone. Quite a long wait on arrival at service centre prior to being attended to.
I tried twice to come in to look at cars before the last disaster with you servicing branch which has lead to me to swear off bmw's I took time out twice to meet with your sales team, once I walked out after 30 mins I wasn't even attended to.
Would have been good to be reminded that transfer service must be booked in advance!
Easy to book. Sit and wait in comfortable surroundings nd the coffee was good.
A total lack of communication - I did not receive one call from the dealer I had to call myself, was always put on hold or asked if someone could call me back. Then the work agreed was not carried out meaning my car had to stay in for extra few days.
Lack of contact with people who want to sell me a 7 series. Rudeness, inconsistency, lack of information all from people whose salary is less than I would be about to spend yet again. Unacceptable - one has a choice at this level.
new rear brake pads and discs have started to squeal and squeak every time i brake, also i mentioned i was losing 2 pints of water a month and was told they pressure tested the system and found nothing then 2 days later the warning light came on

See answer above. They did in the end top it up for free, showed me how to refill it and were very nice on the day. When you speak to a mechanic, they are good but there are so many layers of misinformation to get through.
Parts ordered 3 weeks in advance of service were incorrectly ordered by BMW and on day of service could not be fitting so the job could not be completed and had to arrange 2nd appointment and time off for job to be completed.
Excellent customer service. Making extra efforts for customer.
It's the pronciple! If my staff acted with such blatant disregard and lack of courtesy I would be fuming.
From reception to exit, friendly professional knowledgable helpful
The service itself was good and the car was valeted, but the driver who returned it to us (this is a motability vehicle) had filthy boots on, and left the interior of the drivers footwell so dirty that my husband had to wash the mats and carpet.

The experience at the centre was great, we have two children and they were catered for during our time and that made the process much easier to conduct. Good service, very attentive staff and a nice environment.

While the sales process has been fantastic, the actual delivery of the car on the day was a shambles. Badly managed handover with the car having to go into the service centre for coding + the fact the car was damaged before being handed to me.
Initial spec queries were difficult to get response to and I generally found more comprehensive answers online (not via BMW) or through BMW CHAT - now discontinued. I also had to make numerous calls during the production phase to enquire about status
Park Lane is second to none, from the minute you walk in you are attended too unlike other dealers. I walked into Woolwich branch i was in there for a whole 45mins! checking out the cars, opening and sitting inside and not one person approached me
Tom Godfrey and Peter Adams provided impeccable service throughout. When an issue did arrive Peter addressed it quickly to ensure a great result.
BMW Park lane is very easy to access and comfortable. There was a slight delay in delivery, but nothing that caused any great concern, or issue as we retained the existing 2 Series in the interim.
Good overall. Except for my finance comments.

There was a scratch on the bonnet which we feel should have been picked up and rectified by the PDI check, very disappointing considering everything else worked out well
