They knew my name, right as I steppe in the door, great service area to sit & wait for my car. Car done quicker than the 1.5 hours they thought it would take and great service manager who helped me.
Everything explained and advice given all good.
my car was ready on time and everything was completed. however I had issues initially with my service pack which I had to sort out which was frustrating as I would've expected BMW to deal with that and not me. The person was a bit rude initially also
I have not had any contact with BMW Park Lane Service dept.
The service issues were dealt with in a timely way. There was a small problem which necessitated returning to the centre, but it was swiftly dealt with and I was soon on my way again.

Park Lane good as you quickly made a vehicle available when we 1st purchased the vehicle last August as delivery delayed . The oil/tyre change at your Battersea branch,follow up was average as we had to chase as oil filter was damaged in process.
Service was excellent, but appointment time was too long.

The lady that served me was exceptional. She communicated well and made me feel at ease. She also answered questions that I asked which were not related to the service and got the answers for me
Car wash could be better, this has always been a gripe of mine with BMW. Service from the reception and the helpdesk were amazing as ever
The repair was done quickly and to a high standard, and the lady who dealt with me in the dealership was great. But the booking in process was pretty bad (see next answer).
Expensive hence not completely satisfied. Receptionist very professional. Service advisor as you would expect at a main dealer professional.
I wanted an MoT to be done but was told later inthe day that MoT machine was not working so I had to leave the car overnight. Next day I did not get any status update ans had to call at 3 pm to find out status.

I was called at 3.00 after an MOT/oil change the car was ready. I arrived at 5.20 and was told that the car had gone for valeting and would be back shortly. I waited until 6.40 and then received a "sorry - our mistake"
There is the suspect that the bmw centre did the check inspection without to connect all the pipes at the end. After the inspection the car had more problems than before

I was treated quickly and courteously by well informed staff. However, I had an uneasy a sense that they were trained, or even incentivised, to sell add-on services.
No warranty on part that was eight months old, replaced by Park Lane. No goodwill shown to help rectify the situation.
The Service team did replace the engine but did re-fitted several panels inside the bonnet without all the screw. Inside the engine bay, they left all the parts filthy. Not a premium job
Was rudely and aggressively spoken to by the service agent.Then when driving my car the on board monitor did not work so I had to return. The reversing camera had been turned off. It had to go back to rectify it. Should have been done before collect

I take exception to being lied to.
It took 3 days before the car was ready for collection. Following my request to speak to the Manager about the delay, a courtesy car was made available and the rep kept me informed. A patient technician demonstrated the park assist function.
The request to clean/check the brakes and inspect them for damage possibly was only a visual inspection. The additional work had to be authorised again and I had to wait another day. Also over charged for 1st service - I had to argue for a reduction.

The repair did not fix the problem completely. Bluetooth connectivity still drop occasionally.
For a first service, a tad more expensive than I had expected. And only other niggle was that the boot had not been vacuumed, whereas the rest of the car had been. These are small niggles - otherwise, very satisfied
The reception staff and booking service needs to be setup again from scratch. You can not even book an appointment while you wait on line. Once you get past the booking and in the gate it is good and valued service.

I have BMW tyre insurance and this is my first claim - although it took a while to establish both facts! Several months ago a nail was found in a rear tyre but as it only caused a slow puncture I deferred claiming - resulting in reduced amount claim
