Disappointed that my car was not ready until the next day for what was fairly minor work. The caused inconvenience for myself as I had planned to use the car in the evening it was at park lane

The pick up and return was extremely useful and the timing was tailored to my needs by Daniel Killick at the Nine Elms service centre.
Had to fight for what was clearly a warranty issue and they had the car for over a week. Assistant was good, however.

an expensive experience but the service was done on time and I was aware of the price the whole time.
I was expecting a 360 experience. After service and diagnostic they said that I should think to buy a new one. Should come as advice before someone payed 1k for service and was close to pay other 3k for a major issue on a 6k car!

Service was good. When I had a Lexus, they would pick up my car and deliver it back to my office (or home), which, if offered by BMW, would give it a higher rating.

Almost everything that needed doing to my 20 year old 8 Series was done. There were a couple of small issues outstanding to I can't give 5 Stars, but was close.

The overall experience was very good
Car service and MOT done as requested. Car cleaned, but not very thoroughly, and I wasn't sent an appointment confirmation or informed that I'd booked a different garage.
Again friendly efficient service
Pursued the source of a radiator leak methodically and with determination. Provided excellent video and physical evidence of the problem once identified.But see my comments on communication below.
If only there where 10 stars shows how satisfied I am
Earlier this year I wanted the service done coincident with the MOT (and hence slightly early) to save having to have the car go in twice, but the service person did not seem to understand this, and could only stick with the computer based schedule.
it is the second time I went there and the service is absolutely at the top. I do not regret buying a BMW because of the good service I got.
After driving away from a tyre replacement, I noticed the garage had inflated the tyres at wrong / non homogeneous levels. I called the bmw centre and the receptionist told me someone would call me back. No one ever did. Unacceptable
Faultless polite service
For this service just gone, definitely handled by service adviser as it should have been/as one would absolutely expect for the purposes of the service the car went in for.
Service and staff always very good and helpful.Havent given 5 stars as always feel the cleaning/valeting when my car is returned from a service could be better.
Buying a car as a private individual is a special event.It took PL 8 days to give me a delivery date on a used car from their stock.Internal cleaning was poor. Private plate was not fitted.David Joseph however was exceptional; let down by workshop
an issue was identified on break disks during visual inspection and this was recorded in paperwork as work declined but this was never discussed with me. In addition the complimentary wash / hoover was not done well

it's hard to judge what the mechanics actually do to your car because it's both invisible and you can't look over their shoulder... but what you can judge is the attentiveness & friendliness of your staff. they were great.
Very efficient service on the day - would give that a five star report. I booked in for an MOT on the hour turn around service. When I checked in the receptionist pointed out it was due for an oil service. Wish that had been pointed out before.

I would have given 5 stars but this time the car was dirty when I picked it up, both outside and inside. There was a screw and plastic cover on my seat too.

The servuce was great but the system had not registered that i had booked a wait whilst MOT was done at a particular time, which meant the process took longer than expected. The team did their best to get the jib done properly

Super staff, great pick up and drop off
Went in for a warranty repair. Customer service was friendly, no hassle. But I have visited the garage twice and the repair is likely to take another appointment.
The car bonnet cable was disconnected and not be able to open during picking up of the new car. I had to send it to service centre for repair and paid unnecessary congestion charge cost and wasted my time as well.
Great car, great, price, great people to deal with.... what more is there to say???

Tom Godfrey and Chris Howard were a pleasure to work with. That they were able to assign us to a build slot earlier than the one first offered was a bonus. The enthusiasm Tom showed throughout the process for our car and our business was great!
just short of a 5 * rating as needed a couple of prompts on things that had been previously highlighted but on each occasion resolved instantly
All of the staff were polite, courteous and helpful throughout all of our visits (I think we came 5 times in total)
Good service and communication from sales representative. Unfortunate delays in paperwork and having to sign contracts off-site. Delivered to home address in a timely manner and took time to thoroughly hand-over vehicle.
