Prompt service timing and easy for me to access from my home.
Abby Strawson (who has recognized the cars fault) is unable to rectify the Master Technicians refusal to fix the issue.
Service booking was easy (unlike Cooper BMW Thames Ditton who don't answer the phone and then weren't taking bookings and offered Cooper Croydon). Was able to get Fasttrack for a Saturday morning from Parklane as requested.
I was notified by telephone when there was a querry
Told me my car was washed and vac'd but it wasnt. I appreciate it looked clean when i arrived but it could have still been done. Makes a custmer wonder if the service had also been missed.
The person who supported me at the service center located at Stewarts Road (Battersea) has been great: her name is Abigail Strawson. Super professional, very kind and helpful.
Overall made to wait to pick up car and had to return to the centre because the car was not returned to me the way I handed it in , also average wash.
Just to be clear, my experience is for Stewarts Road where the works were undertaken.
I was given a reason that it was a faulty dieself filter.. I gave the benefit of the doubdt but unfortunately I am not naive for such as incident. A prestigous car, and a faulty equiptment and bad service. was it an accident or a complete negligence
I tried to get this done at Cooper Thames Ditton and they failed. I took the same job to Park Lane and the work was done without an problems whatsoever.

Very little waiting time and kept up to speed with any issues and pick up times
It took ages to book the car due to no response to the emails sent. Reception staff is almost always misinformed and told me that I didn't have insurance. I had to have the insurance team with the BMW staff on the call to confirm my insurance
Certain aspects of the overall service and mot were ok. However i would've liked an update through the day and looking at the invoice there several things marked as close to needing replacement. Then they were shown as discussed and refused!
I was looked after extremely well!
They team there have been unfailingly attentive and responsive so far. It has been a great experience.

I had to wait 45 minutes while the car was being washed even though they had 3 hours prior warning of the collection. Once i received the car back it was covered in sticky liquid on the inside and still dirty and i had to have it cleaned by others
Prompt, courteous and helpful service at all stages, from booking through service. Very impressive.
Everything worked from the Enterprise rental to getting the car fixed up and serviced.

Taking me to the station was unexpected and very welcome.
From 1st contact through to pick up and delivery of vehicle the service was great.
as above, also car returned dirty. Not really a problem as it was pretty clean but to be told I could wait to have it cleaned added insult to injury.
The staff went above and beyond by doing an MOT even though I was told over the phone at booking time that there were no available slots for that.
Because my brakes still squeak +++ therefore not improved
