Windscreen wipers were smeary. The engineer had identified this problem, but blades not replaced. A basic safety requirement you would think!
Car wasn't ready at agreed time. Had to wait for 45 minutes for it to be cleaned which was done poorly. Advised that tyre needed to be replaced because of bulge but Park Lane couldn't be bothered to do this, so I had to waste time taking it elsewhere
I am deducting a point because I booked online for the Black Friday offer. But of course the dealer just logs on to the website and charges the price of the day. Somewhat disappointed the car was not cleaned but I will bring it in the New Year.
Bmw park lane failed to accept they had done the damages. I had arranged with service department for the car to be recovered at 12:00pm on Monday 30th December 2019 but they pushed the car out at 1:15 pm and was Changed £40 more by the recovery
Due to the service and communication my experience had no negatives. All personnel were polite and engaging.

Help and attention by Abby Strawson, my service consultant, was exceptional. I was very pleased. However, I was slightly surprised when getting the car back all my satnav destinations where gone as well as my map settings.
No staff were able to confirm if an email or other correspondence had been sent to customers informing them of the change of location!
Same as Above but very expensive despite Bmw contribution for a not uncommon fault just out of warranty

Work was done ahead of time and schedule, with items that I had not expected to be fixed, fixed.
Car came back from winter wheel swap with all four tyres significantly under-inflated and the TPM not re-set. The cleaning of the car was also patchy - still patches of dirt on the paintwork.

Wait times and non attentive service - I have asked questions via email several times without receiving any reply
The service provided by Mr. Mallouppas was outstanding and work carried out fast and effeceintly.
I waited while the work was completed and every effort was made to make me and my small dog both comfortable during our wait and informed as to the progress on the work.
The service consultant and other staff at the service site were extremely warm and friendly. Sourced a tyre on the same day

Because I still have the issue with my car. I appreciate that I have not called back to sort this out but it is on my to do list
Excellent meet and greet. Friendly service manager. Time taken to answer the phone initially: poor. Service nearly went to Exeter BMW who answered straight away. I understand Exeter is smaller ... get more people in to answer the phone.
The check out process when the car was given out to me it was not explained in very detailed the issues with it. Later on I asked via e-mail to provide me a quote for the works needed and I did not receive one.

The service was brilliant - but the customer service agent was helping me with an issue with iDrive and promised to follow up. This didn't happen - again. It has been going on for months.

Received several update calls to advise on progress
They knew my name, right as I steppe in the door, great service area to sit & wait for my car. Car done quicker than the 1.5 hours they thought it would take and great service manager who helped me.
Everything explained and advice given all good.
my car was ready on time and everything was completed. however I had issues initially with my service pack which I had to sort out which was frustrating as I would've expected BMW to deal with that and not me. The person was a bit rude initially also
The service issues were dealt with in a timely way. There was a small problem which necessitated returning to the centre, but it was swiftly dealt with and I was soon on my way again.
I have not had any contact with BMW Park Lane Service dept.
