From reception to exit, friendly professional knowledgable helpful
See above.Gareth Porter helpful in speeding up recall issue but ongoing two issues not acceptable - BMW manufacturer really questionable and I expect issues which are covered by the warranty to get fixed. Enterprise car rental did a very poor job!
The service itself was good and the car was valeted, but the driver who returned it to us (this is a motability vehicle) had filthy boots on, and left the interior of the drivers footwell so dirty that my husband had to wash the mats and carpet.
Always seem to try and upsell or find something wrong at great expense.

I have a key and a trackstar fob. You have lost my fob. I have called services many times and you have not called me back in order to recover my fob. I am very disappointed and plan to file a formal complaint as a lost fob is a security issue.
On two occasions at Lark Lane they weeebt able to fix and correctly diagnose my car despite spending a large amount of money.
All work completed. The drive away from the garage felt that it had actually undergone a service (in my long experience with other garages, it has not always felt that way). Cleaned well and pleasant people to deal with.

When compared to a certain local BMW authorised agent. Parking - very easy; car park is attended and managed. Good communications throughout the process. Lift offered to station without having to request.

I had a BMW cap missing on one of the tyres. I can't believe there are no spares to replace as a gesture but alternatively I was offered to come back again and purchase one instead.

We had tremendous issue with BMW Park Lane regarding the vehicle collection which was going in for servicing. The BMW representative was not able to get the car out of the parking space and caught the wing mirror on a side wall when reversing the car
The team spent time trying understand the issue and how to resolve it. It is appreciated when the team understand the clients concerns

Staff are very good. Grant did a good job. Location is not very good. No one could see if my car was booked in when I arrived. It was but it was not on the list at reception
I have a service pack running to 2019 and was surprised Bmw Parklane had to charge me for my last service, not sure where the communication broke down on this but it was an unpleasant surprise when finding out.

I did not like the courtesy car I was given. My car is an individual M4 and I was given a 320. I paid a premium price for the top of the range vehicle and I should get a premium vehicle for a courtesy car.
Chris is the best service advisor and he is very professional.

The only criticism is I was there a bit longer thats u should have been because they only had one person on duty to clean the cars.

The car bonnet cable was disconnected and not be able to open during picking up of the new car. I had to send it to service centre for repair and paid unnecessary congestion charge cost and wasted my time as well.
