BMW Group UK’s flagship showroom is based on Park Lane. 232 employees work exceptionally hard to deliver the best service possible to our customers. Here at Park Lane, we strongly believe that employees should be recognised for all of their hard work and endless commitment to the company. It is for these reasons that we have come together to create a Customer Service Hero Award, which rewards employees for outstanding customer service and dedication to the Park Lane brand.
The Customer Service Hero Award is announced monthly and in May there were over 70 nominations. During this process, employees and existing clientele gained the opportunity to nominate who they felt went above and beyond.
This month the award went to Motorrad Sales Executive - Duncan Bell, Senior Service Consultant - Shirin Shah and Aftersales Technician - Rob Vaton.
Customers commended the winners for “delivering an A* Service” and being “Brilliant to deal with” and “making the whole process a pleasure”.
Senior management would like to take the opportunity to thank their colleagues for their continuous hard work and dedication.
