As we reopen our showrooms and our services return, we want to make sure you know exactly the measures that are in place to keep you and our staff save. There are a number of changes as you can imagine, and we want to give you all the information you need. We have also included below a number of FAQs to help you find all the information you need. If you have a booking or are due a visit, please get in touch with the team prior and to confirm the timings. Here are a number of measures that we have implemented to ensure your visit or collection is done smoothly and with ease and most importantly, safety.

Getting the keys for your new car

Getting the keys for your new car

If you are about to collect your new vehicle, we have put a new team in place to conduct a contactless handover. Our new Handover+ Service is designed to offer you a quick and easy interaction with the business. Our team will be in touch if you have a car awaiting delivery to get this booked in due course. We are offering a limited number of handovers per day to ensure we can keep to social distancing regulations.

Service and Repairs

Our Service Centres are both open and able to book your car in. Our trained technicians are fully equipped to fix and repair your car safely so don't worry, its in safe hands. We have put in place measures across the business to ensure your car is kept clean and safe during its time with us. During any work, your car will have areas covered as not to contaminate any surfaces, and will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised prior to your collection. We have also altered our operations to ensure the safety and cleanliness of your car while in our care.

We have installed hand sanitisers in all of our centres for customers and staff to keep safe whilst onsite. We have also made available to customers protective gloves and masks upon request. You will notice these facilities in our centres when you arrive.

Social Distancing

Social Distancing

Across all of our centres we have put in social distancing measures to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. This includes floor stickers, stickers on the windows and signage around the centre. We ask that you ensure you read all signs and adhere to them, there are there to keep you safe. We appreciate your co-operation in adhering to these measures. If we ask you to wait, please be patient and respectful to our staff and other customers.

We are in the process of installing LiveChat on our websites, and we also have telephone appointment systems. All of our centres are open by appointment only, so if you don't have an appointment please don't visit our sites, you will be asked to return when you have an appointment. This is to ensure we can stick within government guidelines regarding social distancing.

In our Aftersales Centres we have refurnished our waiting areas with limited seating. This is to maintain all social distancing, but we do appreciate your car is the safest way to travel, so we wanted to keep these open for customers to wait till their car is ready if required. In our showrooms our waiting areas will remain closed until further notice.
